RECIPE
MACARONI CARBONARA
Classic
recipe: INGREDIENTS for 3 servings:
-250 gr. of macaroni
-70 gr. bacon in
taquitos Half onion (optional)
-200 ml. of liquid
cream
-2 tablespoons
butter
- 1 egg Salt and
ground pepper
PREPARATION:
-Boil the spaghetti
until they are "al dente". Drain and mix with a
teaspoon of butter. -Braise the chopped onion (if we put it in) and
the bacon in butter. We add the cooked macaroni and take a few turns.
-Mix in a bowl the
cream with the beaten egg, salt and pepper and incorporate it into
the macaroni.We stir until we see that the sauce starts to set. If it
is too thick we can rinse with milk.
- Serve freshly made
sprinkled with grated cheese if you like and a little chopped chives.
Th original recipe of carbonara sauce in some of its versions
eliminates the cream and leaves only the egg.
